Listen, in this community I will show you how to get in shape and then stay in shape. We will be weekly lives for all members to get to know each other and also, each member can get a 1-1 goal to discuss what they want to achieve in the next few months, summer is only around the corner. Also lets have fun. this is what this community is about also, getting in shape and having fun doing it.
