What is your goal setting system?
It's getting to that time of the year when you sit down and begin writing down your goals for the next year while looking back and reflecting on everything you've achieved throughout the year. I'm interested to see what different goal-setting systems you guys use. The easiest way I've found is OPP. Outcome, Project, Process 1. Define an outcome you want - you need a reason why 2. Define Projects for that outcome - you need a strategy to hit your outcome 3. Defines Processes for your projects - you plan who, what, where, and how to hit your project This was all from a video (which I can't seem to find) which I watched a couple years back and it really helped. Just looking to see what other people are doing to gather more inspo!

reverse engineering your goals is something i've started doing and its game changing. Break the goal down in to granular steps, then track if you're on path to hit the goals ex: sign 5 clients we need 100 appointments 60% show rate 20% close rate these numbers are wrong but you get the point then just break it down even more and at the end of every week do an overview to see if you're on track to hit your goals. If not then course correct. This way you literally have numbers / KPIs not goals, you hit the numbers you hit the goals
How to Track NPS in your Agency
In this video, I'll break down what NPS is, how to calculate it with an example and give you access to everything you need to know in order to begin tracking NPS in your agency. If you are reading this you also have access to the free google spreadsheet using this link -> https://www.skool.com/scaleproof-agency-hub-5323/classroom/723621da?md=d97b6812ed5a4ce8bd15c3988072f304 Lagging indicator but it's one that allows you to know how well you are doing compared to other people in your industry which as you start growing becomes an interesting number to understand! Enjoy 🙌

TESTIMONIALS?!?!?
In the last quarter of 2024 I made a decision to make a massive push towards testimonials. I was on a live group call with Alex Hormozi and he said something that really made me stop and think. 'Everything converts better with more proof' Add Testiminials to content = more conversions Add Testimonials to VSL = more conversions Add Testimonials to sales funnel = more conversions. It's something which is so simple but yet so effective because people want proof, there's more than enough people who claim a million different things online. After that call I made the decision to stop taking on any new clients and serve this community by doing free work. We created custom project management systems for free, broke down and audited agencies for free and even set-up different KPI dashboard without charging people anything. All of this to get more testimonials which will serve us in the near future. If you already have a entire library of testimonials then great this post isn't for you but if you don't take time and collect as many as possible. In the long run it'll be worth it 💪

How do you find VAs?
We are looking to grow the team and have some interviews set up for next week through onlinejobs.ph (a VA hiring website) Does anyone else in this group who has experience finding talent overseas have a website which they've used in the past?

Review your Processes
Something which is often overlooked by agencies (including myself) is the need to constantly reviewing processes. Over time (ESPECIALLY IN THE EARLY STAGES) things change. It may be variations in your service offering, how you onboard people, who completes a certain task or even what software you use. All these little changes over a longer period of time will make older SOPs or process breakdowns useles if you don't decidicate time to review them on a regular basis. This is something which I need to personally hold my team accountable for because things change a lot and if we aren't able to maintain what we build out then there is little long term value to dedicating the resources to break them down in the first place! Take 30min to 1 hour this weekend to look over any SOPs or documentation you have and ammend it according to any cahnges you've made since you last created it. Don't be that guy that creates something and never looks at it again🤣
