Hi everyone! I'm Sally, and I've been running my one-person web design studio for over 10 years here in New Zealand. I work with clients all over the world and have also started coaching midlife women in getting comfortable with their websites. I really suck at email marketing though (who am I kidding - I suck at ALL marketing!) and want to get comfortable with it as I know it's such a great way of keeping in touch with past clients and new potential clients. Hi, I’m Tracy — really glad to be here. I’m a website designer for midlife women, and I’ve built my business around one non-negotiable: it has to work for my energy, not against it. For a long time I believed visibility meant being loud. Posting constantly. Performing for an algorithm that never felt built for someone like me. I’m an HSP — a Highly Sensitive Person — and the traditional “show up everywhere, all the time” approach wasn’t just exhausting, it was genuinely unsustainable. I watched myself start things with real excitement and quietly abandon them when the demands outpaced what my nervous system could handle. So I stopped trying to fit a model that was never designed for me. I’m here because I know there’s another way to be seen — built on depth over noise, real relationships, and showing up in the right rooms rather than shouting in all of them. 👋

I'm Rochelle, mom, military spouse, OBM and Operations Partner based in New York. I'll be honest, I have never been a social media person. The constant posting, the performing for the algorithm, the pressure to always be "on", it just isn't me. But I still have a business to grow and clients to serve, so I knew I had to find another way. That's what brought me here.
