My life has changed so much since I met you!  All my favorite foods no longer call me to overeat. Little by little my tastes have changed. I look back at old food diaries and I wonder how has this happened. Not really, I don’t wonder, I know. When you start eating good food, one’s tastes just change. You’ve helped me with such patience and support for my good habits that they have been able to overcome my love of spaghetti, chips, candy and foods with high fructose corn syrup!
