I've just had this. When my sales were coming in initially I was waiting for the tracking number before marking completed. Now I do it straight away and then add it. I do all they suggest. Should I be doing something else?
Because I am using Printshrimp as my production partner and their printing schedules are so fast is it really prudent of me to offer exchanges either as the earliest date etsy gives as an exchange is seven days notice yet printshrimp normally have it produced within two?
Hi I've had a customer stating they want a refund because the print isn't framed. When I clearly state they aren't. What do I do because they clearly aren't going to return the print.
Thanks guys. She said she is happy to return it unopened but obviously I dont need it. Yes, it does state unframed where the mock ups are there are three pages the first of which says all prints are unframed. I think I might just issue a full refund this time but have decided to add UNFRAMED at the end of the description. There will be no room for haggling then.
