The Word of the Day is... EXPOSURE. ex·po·sure /ikˈspōZHər,ekˈspōZHər/ noun 1. the revelation of an identity or fact, especially one that is concealed or likely to arouse disapproval. "she took her life for fear of exposure as a spy" In this class, we discuss the global phenomenon taking place in which the exposure of truth is becoming mainstream. The information sharing that has taken place over the past 25+ years has empowered the masses with receipts in the palms of our hands... and we can clearly see the aggression with which many are pushing to expose others. When do we speak the truth? To whom? How do we deliver the truth? What are the implications of concealing the truth? WARNING: There are many long pauses in this class. We believe in allowing time to think, process, and connect dots as we learn new information. We encourage challenging questions, and we welcome silence. Never awkward (unless YOU are).😊

Ernest Holmes published "Science of the Mind" in 1926. Nearly 100 years later, we still struggle to understand how our minds work, and how we can change them. Those of us who have learned to change our minds have cured addiction, healed trauma, and dramatically improved our quality of life. Listen in.
