A Huge Mistake...
Many of us can make a start with something... I think that is the easy part. But the struggle is keeping consistent on that path for long enough. Now we need to ask ourselves: How often do we ask Allah to grant us the tawfeeq to be consistent in what we're doing? If you find yourself that you rarely do that, then how can you expect consistency to happen? When Allah grants you consistency, then know that no one can stop you!

2025 Social Media Predictions (not fluff)
I've heard a lot of predictions flying around and although a lot of it is fluff, here are the ones I think are more likely than not: 1) The demand for Professional Videography and Photography is going to drop. Businesses are seeing success in content without any professional aesthetics, they're slowly waking up to not seeing returns in spending on this and also seeing returns in spending on social media specialists and organic content. Consider learning the art of organic social media and combining it with your skillset of videography and photography if you really want to stand out this year. 2) The budget for influencer marketing is going to massively increase as lead generation moves from old heads to us younger people. If you've got a good social media following, brands are probably going to spend more on yourself and others to promote their products on there, simply because you can reach the audience they want to reach. Make sure you're engagement is good, that's the metric that'll dictate whether they want to work with you or not and how much they're willing to pay you 3) 'In House Content Creator' is going to become a standard job. As businesses scramble to be the first to dominate their industry through content creation (or catch up to their competitors), they'll be forced to spend a lot more on organic social media marketing. That's where you come in (if you have this skill set). It'll likely become a standard 9-5 role similar to every other role in the corporate world, start stacking your CV now and show them what you're capable of. 4) Short form platforms will start to introduce longer form formats Short form content has boomed and YouTube and Netflix is starting to get boring for most people. Instagram and Tiktok will want to keep users on their app for longer and capitalise on this, so what are they going to do? Reward people who can keep users on their app for longer. It's going to be tough to do that if you don't know the art of storytelling so i'd recommend you get a start on learning that now.

Amazing info, Jazak Allah khair! One thing I was wondering as I have started organic social media since a few months now, and have been trying to do both IG and YT. However I feel like focusing more on YouTube (only long form content) in order to really hit those 7 hours, and hence build more trust. So do you think it's good to focus on long form first only, and once that is doing well, only then move to short form?
