To be honest, I’ve been putting in massive effort but haven’t seen the outputs I want yet. That’s why I’m studying Business Theory to analyze the world’s mindset; I’m diagnosing the missing piece in my strategy to bridge the gap between my work and my results. I’m currently using Stimpson’s 'Marketing Mix' as my map to identify real-world tech pain points. I want to build a brand the world actually wants to hear from! When you were starting out, did you focus on solving one specific tech problem first, or did you build the whole brand identity before taking your first client? I'd love to hear your take on that balance!
