up and running
Hello everyone, Thank you for your comments and concerns. My store, SagesSecond.com seems to be up and running. The inventory concerns yesterday don't seem to matter as my partner/husband tried to buy something there last night and we got all the way to make the payment page without an inventory notice. We did not complete the purchase as I was unsure whether or not my new bank account was in place. Today ( after a great difficulty trying to sign in , still a zendrop problem wanting me to open a new store...) I was able through browser history, able to get to the builder site and I found that everything is in place. SO, what I need to do now is make some ads and drive some traffic there. If you have a moment I would appreciate some of you visiting and get your comments. Clicking on the top bar will drop a list of categories in which to shop. My shop was intended to be Home and Garden niche and you will see the AI given title Hearth and Grove at the top of my page. The products seem to cover all desires... The Shopify AI help suggested I go to the shopifydirectory.domaingrowthlab.com , I'm not sure I have that spelled the address correctly but will try soon. If anyone has made an AI ad with the app in our stores, please let me know about your experience. I think there is also a campaign program to help choose places and procedures for making/placing ads and probably the amount of ads necessary to drive traffic. I also want to work with the POD Ninja as I have artwork for Tee Shirts which seem to be a staple and stable selling product. It will also be a way for me to get my own artwork into my store. If anyone has experience with Ninja, which claims it can be attached to Shopify stores, I would like to know about that. Thank you again for your support, I AM looking for some assistance in designing ads, I will in the meantime research my products to see which one(s) are trending enough for which I should make ads.

Thank you Evelyn.
Is this Morrison store business a hoax?
I'm thinking all this is a lot of BS and a waste of money. Today I cannot get to my stores at all on WIX , they want me to make a new store. The community on Skool has vanished and all i get is the Corbellic Art community. I opened a shopify store and that is unreachable. The webinar last week was a bust because I had been bothered all week to "get a shopify store" and the webby app kept saying you haven't done step 2. I did that and it wouldn't let me stop until I had done the store and gotten a domain. THEN at the webinar Anthony introduced the AI features but said that it couldn't be integrated with a shopify store as there were conflicts with the store set up. So I sat through the whole thing unable to be a part of it because I had a nearly finished store, and I watched as the attendees who hadn't gotten the shopify store, got stores and apparently were set up with the AI and got their stores done. Sage Reynolds 11:07am I have written to Anthony and Adrian and there has been no answer from them or their staff. I am in a desperate situation (being evicted) and I need something to work. And all I have done is spend $ and used up internet space that I now cannot get to. I still have no stores or promise of income. I cannot even connect with the awful mess that was delivered in the first attempt, it was supposed to be a complete store with 200 products. Which it was but there was no navigation and it was a niche store for Tech equipment where none of the links showed any product. There were 200 products but they were only visible as a mashed mess when you clicked the "show all" button. I spent hours, got help from a Wix lady and was able to add categories and attach products, but I could not edit the most important horizontal links bar that would always be visible. I don't know what to do. You seem to be the only contact with the Morrison community. I hope you are faring better than I am.

@Denise Brady Thank you Denise. Your experience is giving me and probably the community a clearer perspective on running an online store. The past 3-4 days I have been involved with the estate/art/studio sale and am still recovering, it was successful but there is still too much to move and he lawyers trying to move us out have been insensitive and demanding. Enough of that. I am looking forward to Wednesdays storebuild session. I have the right Shopify store this time. I would be interested to Know what the monthly charge was as our finances are a bit precarious. Thank you to everyone who has been writing to me, I hope you are doing well with your stores. I have found the connections in Wix with Shopify and the Zendrop products confusing as well as mysterious. I still don’t know how to make it all happen or run smoothly. I have some time today and I will get the Wix help to regain access to my stores. I will Let you know how I get along.

@Katherine Moore thank you Katherine. I have had an offer of help from a guy in the UK and after talking with him a little more I may go with him. I got clear help from Rahaan(?) yesterday and need to talk with him too. You can see his letters to me in this stream. I tried my store last night from a different computer and we got to the payment page with a product, no inventory problem but we did not complete the purchase, I was surprised that we got that far without an inventory warning. I didn’t finish a purchase as I am not sure the my payment receiving bank is connected. The store may actually be functional now… I have to connect. My new bank account and make a purchase to see if it is working. Thanks again for your letter.
Store activation is incomplete
I have been trying to open my store. There was a problem with it in that I kept getting a notice that there was no inventory. With the AI help, I got to my products page and it is set up for drop shipping. However the settings need to be also "continue selling ..." and apparently the code has a "Deny" in it where it probably should be "allow". There is no way for me to change it. So I have an active store where no one can buy anything. When I launched the Zendrop app from my store, it wanted me to set up an account. No place is there to Sign In. I have an account and password but Zen... still wanted me to make a new account. In Zen... I was supposed to check the products to see if they were linked to suppliers... another mystery. At that point the AI "something went wrong" notice came up and I could not revive the the helper. I think I will need to hire a human to finish the job so I can start to sell. If any of you have had a similar problem, tell me what you have done. It is imperative that I get my store to operate and take orders.
Storebuilding last night
I went through the storebuilding webinar last night. It was a long evening, after the Zendrop promo I bought the discounted Premium package. then it went into what I think was Openly(?) which seemed to be a series of AI apps that help with store operations. After more than 2 hours of that we began to build the store. It was very difficult for me to do and I had to stop, they posted a stoppable video of the store build procedure. Without that I would not have been able to complete my store, switching from browser to zoom is exceedingly difficult, especially when the screens on my machine do not match the screens Adrian was showing. I ran into difficulty when it came to turning the password off. it took almost an hour with different levels of Shopify help to solve the problem. Apparently you have to have a Business address in the form to be given the ability to delete the password problem. Sage Reynolds 1:21pm Then I was able to see my store, when I opened it there was a cartoonish title block and there were only 12 products, not the hundred that I had been promised during the store build. On top of that Shopify was trying to sell me website templates for the landing page. Everything is $200 -$475 or so. There is also the mystery of Webby asking the day before the webinar for me to choose a niche. I think I chose Home and Garden but when I opened the store it appeared to be a flex store ( that's okay but why the webby request/demand?) after that more than 3 hour ordeal I wrote to the Morrisons for support which they had said would be quick, there has been no answer and it is now about 1:15 the day following the webinar. I am exhausted and not very happy. I will have to either move a domain name from my other shopify store or buy yet a third domain, the current name looks like a secure password... This has been tiring and I HAVE to make this work. We need the income and I have a eviction court date about 3 weeks from now. There is still no place for me to move... we have been searching intensively, there isn't any place close or big enough available for a reasonable rent.
An Update
I had an onboarding call with Gvantsa this afternoon. It seems that Wix is the problem. I have purchased 2 domains and on my wix connection I have only Store3 instead of my two domains (flex & niche) and the other 2 stores that came when I joined with the MorrisonBrothers platform ON WIX. So now I have to contact WIX support to get assistance and Connection to my domains... Wix support last weekend was very supportive and we made a lot of progress so I could add categories to my site and products could get transferred to their proper categories instead of being in the mash of everything of the "show All " button. I will contact WIX Support over the weekend to try and recover my domains/sites. Why Wix would delete two domains from my account is a mystery beyond my comprehension...
