Getting ready to go yo the next step with the debt validation letter Experian and TransUnion trying to play with me about my name and LVNV and Spring Oak Capital trying to play with me

I am fixing to do a cfpb on experience because they are playing with me with me I have a question because I want to get this right. When it says a copy of your personal information correctional letter do that mean the letter I wrote to correct the information. And when it says credit report showing the incorrect information is that before anything was corrected on my report.

Someone please help me transunion and Experian is playing with me I haven’t gotten no letter through the mail about my credit clean up it came through my email that I can review my credit. So what I supposed to do with out the letters for cfpb and I am kind of confused on the letters to have in the package. When it says I need the correction letter is that the letter I wrote to the two bureau. And when it says inaccurate letter is that the screen shot I supposed to put in there and I didn’t get no response in the mail from either one. Robin or someone please help me so I can send this letter off before I give up

I’m stuck experience cleaned up my old names but put some new names on my personal clean up saying they are attached to some accounts can someone please tell me what to do. Do I need to dispute these new names they done put up there or just go to the next step with the cpfd
