I've tried logging into {Facebook, Meta, Ads Manager, etc} on my laptop and each have just came to this once page after I put my number & password in. I don't have any code and no notification or anything are coming through. I'm logged into my FB Acc on my phone, and when I try to get the 2FA code on it, it just says put in code? Anyone know how to fix, I have my clients acc's on here.

I am planning on turning on ads and hiring 8 cold callers (@ $500/m base pay + 5% comms) and doing about 2,000 cold emails daily... I wanted to ask, can I just hire a Closer @ 20% right now to close the deals for me... (already have a proven offer, proven sales process and backend) I received the whole system from someone who has already had some success in my niche. I just haven't closed any of deals in this specific niche as I just entered this niche. Though I am certain I can get the closer at least 6-8 appointments a day from day 1. Should I bring on a Closer? As I just don't have the time to be the one on sales calls
