Hi everyone, I’m Subhash, an Ayurvedic physician from New Delhi,India. My journey into Ayurveda began by observing how deeply health is connected to daily habits, food, nature, and inner balance not just treatment. I currently work in clinical consultation and Panchakarma, both offline and through teleconsultation, and I’m also exploring Ayurvedic product formulation and medicinal herb farming. What draws me most to Ayurveda is its ability to individualize healing and guide people toward long-term wellbeing. Happy to be part of this community.
