Hey everyone! I'm Ryanne from Houston, I'm in looking forward to going through this process with all of you! My BIG IDEA is this: You do not owe the world your previous self. True resilience is not pushing harder to preserve who you used to be, but having the courage to downshift—releasing unsustainable identities and reclaiming your power.

@Christina Titus I talk a lot about grief for loss of self - I was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme after 20 years of symptoms. So while I’ve grieved loved ones, I’ve also grieved the mom, wife, and woman I thought I’d be ❤️🩹
