Hey everyone, I set up a complex call routing system that works with Retell Relay, and Google sheets. It’s for a Restoration Company. There seems to be an error when Retell tries to look up the on-call project manager from Google sheets. That would be Relays job and for some reason it’s not executing that job. If you feel like you have the knowledge to go into this, I would absolutely love to hear from you. It’s probably gonna end up being somewhere in Relay, but let’s talk.

I need help. I have a Mexican restaurant who wants to look into a voice receptionist, however, in building out the system in Retell, it appears to struggle significantly when listening to the user speak Spanish. When the user speaks English it works just fine. Obviously you can see that no restaurant owner is going to buy a system that struggle significantly when it can't speak to its users. So I've considered using Vapi, I've never used it before. Do you guys know if it works well with speaking and understanding Spanish fluently and with speed? Please help.

Hey everyone, I’m trying to build in AI receptionist for a restoration company. The issue I’m running into is a feature that the company wants that if the warm transfer to the first project manager doesn’t answer then it falls back to a second project manager or even a third project manager. I’m using Retell for the voice receptionist. How can retail understand A no answer and transfer it to the second or even third backup number?
