So powerful! It starts with belief. I set the stage for what I accept into my life. What comes to my mind is that I have to lead by example: How I get treated by others… by how I treat myself first. The boundaries I set with others. The connection I cultivate within myself integrating my different parts; the opposite of self-sabotage! Self-cohesion❤️‍🔥

Poetry!🕊️ There’s an old African proverb that goes: “When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.” That is an incredible feeling when I sense that I’m not bothered by things like that! It feels like I’ve leveled up. Like I’m getting better at life😂
