Since we have many high school students in, I wanted to pass on this program called QuestBridge. If you do not know, quest bridge is a competitive scholarship program for high achieving students from disadvantaged backgrounds. I have a cousin who did this to get into her undergrad program. Hope you guys apply and get into your dream schools!

What's going on good people? I just recently made a post on Instagram detailing all the apps that I use as a student athlete but any of you guys can use it to optimize your daily flow depending on what the pain point is for you. I'll list them below. Any time you're feeling overwhelmed = Voice memos on your phone Any time you need more organization = Notion (web or mobile app) To reduce the amount of typing you do on a daily basis = Wispr Flow (they have 2 week free trial) To track your foods = MyFitnessPal These are the apps I use to streamline my life.
