Recently got 4 leads from Motivated Sellers. Booked one appointment, in talks with another seller, one lead will get returned and credit for (wholesaler) and trying to contact the 4th lead. So far, that's 2 positive conversations from 4 leads.
Have you guys ever run a cold email campaign? A successful one like this one? I got an 82% open rate off a cold email with a nearly 7% click rate on 1300 recipients. Imagine hitting the primary email box, and communicating with thousands of sellers while hunting for leads to convert. & having 7-10% of them land on your appointment booking page and convert.
