I used to get a whole chicken and portion it up over 5 then add salad, rice etc. By Friday it got a bit boring but worked out less than £2 a container

Hi everyone, I'm Ryan I'm a fire and security installer from hockley in Essex. My weakness is a fast food/meal deal lunch which is a) making my belly grow to an uncomfortable size b) fed up of always having low energy for my kids and general things in life. I'm in no way obese but I'm at a point of feeling pretty crap about myself.
