Hey there! Anything you want for your inventory you would purchase and charge your client the rental fee for it. Is she wanting these created with real or fake florals (and is she having you do the florals or hiring a florist?) Anything that you don't want to purchase as inventory you could source from another rental vendor and just charge your customer that rental price and you just manage the pickup/dropoff. So it just depends on which things you want to invest in. I promise you're not in over your head, the good news is you have time to source your materials and do a practice round of the draperies. You have got this! Rentals (these are what I personally would rent these for, but market differs depending on where you live, so you might google some other rental places in your area and get a general idea of what folks charge in your area for rentals) The 3 Arches w/ Covers: $15-$25 each Pipe & Drape Poles: $50-$100+ each depending on size Each drapery panel rental: $15-$20/each Large Neon Sign: $100+
