14-townhome DSCR portfolio loan 76 LTV
Hello, I have a borrower looking for funding for 14 individual units he has constructed in ATX and is wanting to refinance into a DSCR product. Properties are all between 73 and 77 LTV with existing debt payoff, with appraised values between 600k and 1.3m. Looking for flexible DSCR programs that may include an interest only option for him for a few years to start. These will be STR’s as well. Owned for over 6 months but none are operational yet. Professional management company.
