'We get so stuck in who we are... we forget we can be anyone." -Cory Richardson ...yeah I wrote that on my passport one night sittting under the stars on top a huge rock... below a 700ft cliff on a mountain in Uganda. I want to tell you something. I am going to die. I can feel it, bit by bit, things are not working, or hurt unlike I have ever felt. It's not bad, but just little things like a tingle in my left leg lately, and right now. Maybe sitting too long, too often, or too much coffee, not enough water. My eyes, my heart.... all these things scare me, as they feel sore. I am getting old, and you too. You will die. We all do. I am not busy dying... I am busy living. I just had to look that up and found it was from a favorite film; "Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying" -Shawshank Redemption: https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/axvhnw/get_busy_living_or_get_busy_dying/ It's like when long ago people kept a skull on their desk as a practice of memento mori, a Latin phrase meaning "remember you must die," serving as a reminder of life's brevity to encourage living meaningfully, focusing on spiritual matters, and appreciating the present. It's a prompt for humility, and preparing for eternity, prompting one to let go of worldly distractions and live a life of purpose. So, with everything we acquire... what's it all for... if not to share?! What I value most are friendships and collecting memories. I just had to take my dad snorkeling this winter, so Sierra could have a memory of snorkelling with her grandfather in clear waters off Jamaica. It could be our last trip, and I can't think of anything more important than that. Let's share our life stories in circle.

We brought circles( and domes) to the gulf coast after Katrina

The time spent with that group of people was unique... everyone there to serve.... none making money.... a time outside the system... nine months of just living in service to humanity.
