Hi, I run an ecommerce ceramic store and I’m having a hard time figuring out the right packaging. Our products are fragile and come in many different sizes, so it’s been challenging. Up until now we’ve been using wrapping paper and the packaging provided by our supplier, but as we move into the US market, I’m thinking we need something more protective and better-looking.

@Yuval Saddan From your experience, what packaging materials or approaches have you seen work best for fragile products especially when trying to balance protection with a professional, branded look?

@Yuval Saddan makes sense. Keeping the product from shifting inside the box really is half the battle. Have you found that process pretty smooth so far? Are you handling all the packaging yourself, or do you have someone helping you with it?
