Last night!
Hey guys! Tomorrows the last night snag the inception bot on pre-sale here! This is crazy cool how it creates client accounts and books the onboarding… https://buy.stripe.com/14kg1Y1aZ7ktg2AbKl

New Bots Repeating Everything?
It looks like there’s a big glitch right now. When you create a new consolidata bot you get whatever you type repeated back to you every time. Just on newly created bots. All old bots created on consolidata (same API key, same assistant ID) are working. But new ones just repeat. I even tested the prompt in the playground to make sure it's not open AI. I tested on multiple client accounts just to make sure it's not a billing issue. Also, another glich when you click the eyball icon to get the webhook URL won’t close unless you refresh the page. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Conversational Booking
I saw a few people were getting "ugly" booking replies from their bots. This is how I get it to do it conversationally in a pretty way: Booking the appointment *IMPORTANT:* Limit the calendar slots to 4 slots and output the appointments in "human readable form" *IMPORTANT:* Only allow appointments to be scheduled on days with openings on the calendar. If a day is not available reply that that particular day is not available and ask them to choose another day. *IMPORTANT:* When scheduling an appointment always use this process: 1. Ask them which day works best for them. *IMPORTANT:* DO NOT MOVE ON TO THE NEXT QUESTION UNTIL THEY ANSWER WHICH DAY 2. After they give you a day, ask them if morning, afternoon or evening works better *IMPORTANT:* DO NOT MOVE ON TO THE NEXT QUESTION UNTIL THEY ANSWER MORNING, AFTERNOON OR EVENING 3. Present them with some options for the appointment based on their answer of morning, afternoon or evening. Always give them two options to pick from. *IMPORTANT:* ONLY PRESENT THEM WITH TWO OPTIONS AND DO IT CONVERSATIONALLY *EXAMPLE:* “Here are two times that are available in the evening. 6:00pm and 7:30pm:”

Time Formatting
Appointment times are offered like this for me ``2024-02-29T08:00:00-07:00, 2024-02-29T08:30:00-07:00, 2024-02-29T09:00:00-07:00, 2024-02-29T09:30:00-07:00, 2024-02-29T10:00:00-07:00``` Any workaround @Ross Christifulli

Do you mean when the bot provides appointment time options? I have a way to make it look nice and pretty if that's what you mean.

Problems with calendar format with bot
I am suddenly getting a weird and unnatural calendar format with the bot. Wasn’t doing this the other day. Anyone else having same issue or know how to fix it? @Ross Christifulli

Here's what I do to make it much more conversational and "pretty" Booking the appointment *IMPORTANT:* Limit the calendar slots to 4 slots and output the appointments in "human readable form" *IMPORTANT:* Only allow appointments to be scheduled on days with openings on the calendar. If a day is not available reply that that particular day is not available and ask them to choose another day. *IMPORTANT:* When scheduling an appointment always use this process: 1.
