Why am I so tired? 😴 Could it be the 75 Days Hard? 🤔
0630 to 0650 - Alarm goes off, I ignore it for 20 mins! ⏰ 😴 0700 to 0750 - Herding and feeding sheep (kids) 0750 to 0850 - School run (not actually running, in the car) 0900 to 1000 - Tidy up the hotel (house) put washing on, put washing away, empty dishwasher 1000 to 1430 - Queen work whilst drinking copious amounts of tea and trying to remember to eat! 1430 to 1530 - First 45 mins exercise for 75 Days Hard Challenge 1530 to 1630 - Quick food shop, collect house guests (kids) start dinner 1630 to 1900 - More feeding and herding of sheep, (kids) homework, more tidying up 1900 to 2000 - Out for second 45 mins exercise for 75 Days Hard Challenge 💪 2000 to 2100 - More tidying up, getting guests (kids) ready for next day 2100 to 2200 - Into bed, TV and 10 pages of a non fiction book for 75 Days Hard Challenge All this whilst consuming 3L's of water! 🚽💦 Mixed in with: Refereeing sibling arguments, peace keeping and therapy sessions for house guests (kids). Oh! that's why I am so tired! 😆 Now I know why it's called 75 Days HARD Challenge! Fitting in 2 x 45 minutes exercise is hard when you already have a busy life! BUT I am still at it, even if I feel like this (the baby, not Churchill) ⬇️ Never give in, never, never, never, never - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense. Winston Churchill What are you doing to challenge yourself? Happy Tuesday! Love Chloe xx

I thought I may pee my pants! 😂 Luckily I didn't!!!!
OMG! Me last Friday! Being shot down the UK’s longest and highest zip wire! For info, I am absolutely terrified of heights! Even looking over balconies in shopping centres send my legs into a shaky wobble! My heart was pounding. My hands were shaking. And there was every possibility that I was going to pee my pants (joking, not joking!) Every part of me wanted to back out. To make an excuse To stay safe. I took a deep breath. Looked straight ahead. As I was launched into the air. In seconds, fear turned into freedom. Panic turned into exhilaration. The scariest step is always the first one. Fear will try to keep you small. But every time you push through it, you expand what’s possible for you. As soon as you feel that fear, push yourself out of your comfort zone. Even if you feel like you may pee your pants! (you probably won't!!) Because nothing grows in the comfort zone. not your business not your confidence not your dreams. What’s the “zip wire” in your life? What is that thing you’ve been avoiding because it scares you? Comment below. Chloe ❤️ x

Collaboration Over Isolation: Why ADHD Women Thrive in Community
What an energising day yesterday at the Masters of Influence Academy training! 🔥 I left feeling so uplifted, inspired, and deeply grateful to be part of a community filled with like-minded, purpose-driven business owners who get it, the passion, the pressure, and the power of growth. Since joining in February, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people from all walks of life, each on their own journey, but united by one mission, to build and scale unstoppable businesses. One thing that really stuck with me yesterday was the reminder that collaboration is currency, especially for those of us with ADHD. ✨ Did you know that women with ADHD are 3x more likely to experience imposter syndrome and burnout when trying to build a business alone? That’s why community matters. That’s why spaces like this matter. When we come together, share ideas, support one another, and celebrate each other’s wins, the magic happens. The conversations were real, powerful, and filled with insights that I’m taking straight back into my own business. It’s not just about strategy and scale, it’s about connection, confidence, and collaboration 👑 Feeling grateful to be surrounded by people who genuinely encourage, uplift, and expand one another. Let’s keep showing up for each other! Love Chloe x

So well said Chloe, collaboration over isolation any time. this is definitely one of the times when the sum is way bigger than just the different parts coming together👍
