Over The Top (OTT) streaming platforms are companies that have Plug and Play user interfaces for those who want to set up their own streaming TV channel or Network. It's a done with you (DWY) model where you do work inside the platform where they have already set you up for Success. You get to select your monetization model and they typically will submit your Channel or network to the various Outlets such as Roku or Fire TV and others. This is a great option for those who aren't super techy, or don't have a tech team.
