Pilot customer Pay vs Free
Hey guys wonder if you can give me some advice please. So I am looking at a pilot customer who initially I thought free forever (my thought was then I don't have to look for another pilot) however after a few discussions it came up that I should still add structure to add value for both parties so came up with this, can you comment please 🟢 Level 1 – Concept (Free) - Diagnostic - High-level workflow sketch (“concept of the fix”). - ROI framing (what the leak is costing). - Purpose: Show value 🟡 Level 2 – Design (Low-Cost) ('MVP') - Detailed workflow design (how the automation will work). - System mapping + tool integration plan. - Quote/proposal for implementation. - Purpose: Paid planning stage — proves seriousness. 🔵 Level 3 – Implementation (Core Paid) - Build the automation - Test + integrate with client’s existing systems - Deliver functional solution. - Purpose: Main delivery tier — visible ROI. 🔴 Level 4 – Maintenance (Ongoing Retainer) (I was thinking of making this free for the Pilot customer) - Monitor, patch, and optimize automations. - Add upgrades as business grows. - Support team with usage issues. - Purpose: Long-term recurring revenue & client trust. Your feedback will be highly appreciated
@Chrissy Benoit gud thnx

Accountability #7
We're starting something new here, if you didn't see the posts the last few weeks. Public accountability. This is an opportunity to publicly share the progress on your goals. Use this as a tool to expect more from yourself as well as see the progress in others. - Did you achieve what you set out to do over the last week? - What are your tasks for the upcoming week? - Any blockers you need to push through? Reply to this post in a comment, reply to anyone else's comments as well.
This week coming I need to concentrate on finishing the official Make course and some of the other unofficial course material. The sooner I finish that the sooner I can start n8n - why: because I want to be able to put my own thoughts into action and bring them to reality
GPT (I know its not real Dev work)
Well I found myself under a bit of pressure. I had to come up with an MVP/solution so I thought well let's just stick my head in the hornets nest and what I came out with was pretty awesome - although early stages and not done yet, still need to implement phase two, what it can do is take a hand drawn picture of say a veranda and give the builder some build specs/quote and what is would cost, obviously i give it fake pricing /m etc so that was really cool now just to do the difficult part, upgrade the OCR capabilities and connecting it to an automation so the builder can take photo, send it to google sheets (excel) then the report gets written and sent to google docx

Hi, nice to be here, my goal is to learn coding, I use no-code tools but trying to get the coding side of things more clear to be able to know and learn more, also started a Python course and its going slow - yeah so joined outright to see if I can pick up basic understanding of coding.
