Bio: 40 years old, one boy and twin girls! I love the the lake, the beach, the outdoors, dogs, upland hunting, and baseball (go Braves!).

Bio: Los Angeles based husband and father of 3 (10, 8 and 2). My goal is to drop 40 lbs by 11/5/23 (my 50th birthday) and look awesome with a shirt off.

Bio: KT Co-Founder. We help men simplify their health and fitness while getting ridiculously strong from home with kettlebells. 2 kids aged 6 and 3 😍
