How do you go about estimating how long it will take to clean a house?

Curious what everyone's process for Hiring Is? Like for example, what questions are you asking them to see if they would be a good fit?

Pricing on website vs calling customers then closing. I tried a long time ago to run ours with a form and pricing. ( We weren't running ads at that time.) Now that I'm going to run ads is it better to still get them the pricing or just let the site do the magic lol. Just curious as to which one your doing?

I have been trying to sign up on Booking Koala for the past few days and the website is down on my end. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?
