Just finished the 15 day Bell meditation. Wow! Whole body vibration. Highly recommend. Ananda, it’s as if you are sitting right in front of me while you’re guiding. Thank you for putting in so much time for these meditations. Very grateful.
Good morning! I am wondering where to find yesterday’s class? Can’t seem to find it. My daughter qualified for nationals and ran yesterday and I was busy being track mom. She did really good and finished 13th out of 22. So proud of her!
