built a content agent swarm and spent way too long figuring out context passing. finally got it working, each agent knows what the last one did instead of starting blank every time. probably saves me 3-4 hours every week, how are other people handling state between steps, feels like it's not talked about?

been messing with runway and veo lately, veo's way more consistent but the cost per video is ridiculous at volume. seen anyone actually making this work economically or are we all just waiting for prices to drop? what are people actually shipping with these?
