Hi everyone, I’m Roth Herrlinger. I’m a Midwesterner who moved to California in my 20s for grad school and stayed (Bay Area for 8 years, and now Los Angeles for a couple decades). I’ve long held the belief that business can change the world: the impact we have in the 8 to 10 hours we spend working every day is enormous. I’ve cofounded two companies, been a founding advisor to numerous others, and have worked with leaders in hundreds of organizations. Outside of work, I love playing music (solo piano — you can find my music on streaming platforms if you’re curious), being active (I’m a former Oakley-sponsored triathlete), and getting outdoors (as often as possible with my dogs).
