We have more ways to connect than ever before, yet somehow we’re losing touch with what human connection really means. This is my latest AI music film featuring Frank Sheanus. It’s a 2:59 short inspired by something I’ve been thinking about for a long time. Watch it here: https://youtube.com/shorts/JErG7otn1uY?si=QQpHoTUW3avG2rlF I love AI and what it allows us to create. But technology can never replace compassion, presence, or the people who show up when it really matters. “It’s not who’s watching. It’s who’s here.” Created with AI, but the message couldn’t be more human. ❤️ I’d love to hear what you take away from it.

This group is a place for individuals to come and share their experiences in overriding the habitual, conditioned mind to become their best selves. This process is all "Spiritual Awakening" is about. The question to ask your-self is: who or what is the one that overrides? What is it that reroutes the habits towards a new expression? For me, this is the point of the Game of Life. We are thrust into a realm, forgetting who we are and given conditions of thought that we, eventually, learn to work our way out. Coming to understand that WE are not the body, mind nor the emotions and thoughts, but the Observing Spirit. It is this Spirit that gets captured by thoughts and their emotions, losing your-self in the process.
