@Daniel Yun I find my community members in both camps. My audience is also those who struggle with crochet…. an interesting fact is my very first student who inspired me said “ I can knit but I can’t crochet, it’s so hard” . I have developed over 10 years ways to make it very very easy.

@Daniel Yun For me it’s the hook and how difficult it is to stick to the age old tradition of how to hold it! I teach Crochet Art using a rug latch hook. I taped two together and invented the Cordmaker . Cordcrochet is a new craft worth promoting. Beginners only learn chain and slip stitch…then make a flower, which is easy for a 5 yr old. It is easier to teach than knitting too! Some kids can’t stop making the longest chain ever, most turn it into a flower or a bracelet.
