Week 3 Mini Challenge from the RESET challenge for anyone who wants to join in = NO FIZZY DRINKS
So far we have focused on no junk food snacks, 100k step target & this week's is no fizzy drinks! This will be super easy for some people if you don't drink fizzy drinks, so if that's the case I would recommend you to repeat week 1 or 2's mini challenge if you struggled with them!

Sandwiches are underrated!
Another simple meal idea for lunches. I think we can overthink what we should have for lunch when in fact if we bring it back to years ago, where sandwiches were the norm in school etc., it was for good reason! Simple, quick to prep, cost-effective and they can be as high in protein and fibre as any other meal!

Omelette here with chicken, peppers & onions ! But sandwiches is definitely handy option 40g protein
Mini Challenge for this week is to hit 100k Steps across the week! (Wednesday - Tuesday)
14,285 steps per day would get you to this target but you can split it up however you like. The overall goal is to do more than you are doing currently, with the big target being 100k. If you aim to reach it and fall short, you'll still have been more active than usual! 🙌 If you're attempting this week's mini challenge, drop an emoji/gif in the comments to let me know!

Meal Prep
Had this for dinner last night - and on repeat all week 😂 I normally make 2 or 3 big meals on a Sunday and freeze them. So handy when I’m busy at work all week and gives me less excuses to fob off the gym if I don’t have to cook during the week. Makes it easier to keep me on track with calories, protein and fiber too when I’m rotating meals, and usually I’ll just change up the carbs to homemade chips or something if I’m getting bored.
