Had this for dinner last night - and on repeat all week 😂 I normally make 2 or 3 big meals on a Sunday and freeze them. So handy when I’m busy at work all week and gives me less excuses to fob off the gym if I don’t have to cook during the week. Makes it easier to keep me on track with calories, protein and fiber too when I’m rotating meals, and usually I’ll just change up the carbs to homemade chips or something if I’m getting bored.
