I run about 60 Grok Bots and my weekly limit ran out in 2.7 days so I exported one week of usage 4.6 billion tokens and 93% of it was the bots re-reading their own old chats Two things that helped me 1. When a chat gets long give the bot a one page handoff file and start a fresh copy from it. On one bot this cut tokens per step by 35 to 50% 2. Check your timers.
