Welcome to 1 on 1 Coaching! This is the official community for 1on1coaching.com Here's what to do first: Step 1: Introduce yourself below using this Copy/Paste Template: What's your nickname? Where you from? Biggest strength? Biggest weakness? Which content platform is your favourite? What do you want immediate help with inside of this community? Step 2: Invite a friend. The most successful members of this community have friends that keep them accountable and excited to continue growing and learning. Step 3: Read the best practices below. ------- Best practices in this community: • NO Cold DM's. Do not DM anyone pitching your services. You will be banned. • Try to level up quickly by commenting and posting your insights in the community. • Hit 'Like' 👍 on every helpful post or comment you see to help others level up. • When you write a post, break up your paragraphs into single sentences like I am doing now - this way more people will read what you write, and actually reply. • Make sure your profile picture is a photo of you. • Be cool. • If you ever get stuck, feel overwhelmed, are not sure what 'next step' to take, just ask the community. ------ Group Rules: 1) No Self Promotion (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) 2) No Selling in the DM's (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) 3) No Spamming the Community Feed (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) 4) No making posts saying: "Comment below with ___ and I'll it to you!" or "Send me a DM with the word __ and I'll give it to you"

@Saint Makaveli Hey, doing well, thank you! Day's been good, mostly heads-down on community stuff and just hit 10 members in my own group, so riding that high a bit. How about you?

@Saint Makaveli Appreciate the offer, but I'll pass for now, happy to keep chatting here in the comments if something specific comes up though!

What if your failures are actually helping you succeed?
Most people quit too early. Not because they lack talent. Not because the strategy doesn’t work. They quit because they misinterpret failure. Let me explain. Say you start your coaching business. You post content. Launch an offer. Nobody buys. Immediately your brain says: “See? It’s not working.” But is that true? Or did you just get feedback? Maybe you learned: How to speak better on camera What messaging doesn’t convert What your audience actually needs Where your weak spots are That’s not failure. That’s data. And here’s the deeper truth: Your external reality is often delayed. Meaning… You may already be becoming the successful coach internally… …but your bank account hasn’t caught up yet. That delay makes people panic. They go from: “It’s working!” to “It’s not working!” Back and forth. That emotional inconsistency kills momentum. The best entrepreneurs stay grounded. They understand: Every setback can be reframed. Refund? → Better systems Rejection? → Better alignment Low views? → Better content Everything can work in your favor. The key is staying in the state of the person you want to become: ✔ Relaxed ✔ Certain ✔ Focused ✔ Fulfilled Because the person who becomes successful… is the one who refuses to stop. Question for you: What’s one “failure” in your life that later turned out to be a blessing? Drop it below 👇

@Tamsin Kaminski Ha, that's a great way to catch up on the momentum without having to live through the slow parts in real time. Hope some of it rubs off, the vibes are definitely earned the hard way but worth it ✨

@Kuba Misiek Thank you, means a lot coming from someone who's been consistently generous with insight in here. Trying to keep leaning into it, easier said than done some days, but worth it 😊🤝🏻

how I consistently get paying clients
you just need to be able to answer this ONE question...

That "never give up" thread running through these comments says a lot on its own. The framing really does cut the fluff, hard to argue with something that direct.

Why Most Coaches Don’t Make Money Online
Most people think making money online is complicated. It’s actually pretty simple: Make content → Send people to your offer → Get clients That’s the formula. But there’s a huge mistake most coaches make… They skip the middle. They post content and immediately pitch. That rarely works. Why? Because before someone buys, they need 3 things: 1. Trust They’ll check your profile, your content, your community, and what free value you give away. 2. Proof They want evidence that what you teach actually works, whether through your own transformation or client results. 3. Personal connection They need to feel like your solution fits their situation. That usually happens through DMs or calls. Most sales don’t happen because of one post. They happen because someone slowly builds confidence in you. That’s what I break down in my newest whiteboard video 👇 Question for you: Which part do you think most entrepreneurs struggle with most: trust, proof, or sales conversations?

@Kuba Misiek Ha, good ear! Czopek does have Polish roots on my father's side, though it's been a while since I've dug into that side of the family tree. Small world running into someone who caught that 😊

The Formula for Winning on Skool
1) Are you doing the what you know you need to do? 2) Are you doing it correctly? 3) Are you doing it consistently? That's it. That's the formula. In my latest video (attached) I break down this thought exercise I use to remind myself that winning isn't about being smarter, more talented, or luckier than anyone else. It's just about being able to answer "YES" to the 3 simple yes/no questions above. I've never seen anyone fail when the answer to all three is yes, and neither have you. ✌🏻 Ted P.S. If you haven't tried the new optins.com software yet, it's insane. It books calls for you! All you have to do is give it your calendly link and then on the thank you page of your funnel the chatbot does what it needs to do to get the call booked for you. Try it out? It's free.

That third question is the one that gets me. Knowing what to do and doing it right is usually the easy part, staying consistent when there's no immediate feedback loop yet is where it actually falls apart for most people, myself included some weeks.
