Here's a fun game I started in Revenue Revolution last year. Two Truths and a LIE! Just for fun and an excuse to get to know each other better. Here are the rules: 1. This Garden has been neglected for far too long because I've been so focused on building our skool community and my coaching business.. ☀️ And the sun is finally shining!! (For at least a day or two anyway) Yesterday we had a little barbecue in the afternoon and my wife asked me to just sweep the leaves on one of the patios, and it took me nearly 2 hours and filled a whole dumpy bag becuse it was so bad! The brambles and English ivy are the only things that seem to be in full swing at the moment! 😖 Every day I have to sit and look at this pond which used to be so beautiful but the nieces got to it and we're fishing in it and made holes in the liner somewhere. So I need to repair it, so now I'll be putting my waders on, pulling half of the plants out, And washing the liner so I can try and find these holes and repair them. The budlea has spread like mad, I chop it down every year. The fir tree has gone crazy. I can't even walk down the steps beside it and the waterfall is completely buried behind foliage and weeds... I'll share an after picture later. I've just added some BEFORE pics. Also the pumps blocked so I'll fix that too. I would pay a gardener but I really loved sorting stuff like this out. I'm thinking of building a pergola up behind and then training a wisteria plant Which I can train along the top and then some honeysuckle or other climbing plants around it. I’ve got some data to share, and it’s a bit of a reality check. We’ve had 62 people leave the community recently. 10 this week alone. And quite a few of those were people I really thought we were getting along with... I'm trying not to take it personally (despite those childhood abandonment issues!), but it’s clear there’s a mismatch between what some expected and what they received. I don’t want you slipping out the back door without saying goodbye. I want to fix this. My goal is either to give you more of what you actually want or to adjust our "offer" so expectations match reality. I’m reaching out to those who left for feedback, but 𝗜'𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. - What are we missing? - What would make this the most valuable community you're in? - Too many personal posts & sillyness? - Not enough classrooms / training? - Are you getting harrased by people pretending to be me or other people in the DM'S - Have we upset anyone? - Is there too much talk and not enough action? I always do this. Wake up all excited with plans to get x y and z done, and halfway through x, realize that this is definitely NOT going to be done in a day! It was TOUGH! I thought it would be an hour or so thinning out the plants, but the root mass was solid, and all the way to the bottom. It is amazing that the fish could move around at all! So it's not quite the satisfying full thriing and beautiful pond I had hoped to show you.. but at least the fish are happier with so much more room to swim around. When it's filled back up it will feel like a mansion for them. So I've thinned it out quite a lot fixed the pump. Just the fountain to repair, then do the lower pond. Realistically it might be finished in a couple of weeks if I don't get bored by then! It really has got a lot worse before it gets better. Anyway, I'll f did my best, and hopefully I'll get a chance to clear away all the stuff in the week before it rains again. It might not be the win I hoped for, but it's progress and I had a lot of fun. 😁 Hope you all had a super weekend. Feel free to share your pics/vids too!

I have three kids in three different schools and I would happily pay for someone to take care of ALL the school admin, deal with the three hundred emails a day, make all the payments, sort after school clubs and register and deal with all of the pointless and numerous apps and communications, mufti days and run the school diary.
