Hi, I got so much from today´s challenge! I had realized previously that I had left behind the overgiver and almost completely left behind the people pleasing pattern, and yet, I wondered why I still felt stuck in really living my purpose. When I heard Aaron mention all the patterns I realized immediately I had the do it all by myself pattern and the Invisible one pattern. What I didn´t understand is how to overcome the invisible one and wasnt clear on its origins. I did the Identity Shift challenge, and it became clear that I have been making myself invisible because deep inside I grew so accostumed to be taken from, that I do not want to put myself out there and be visible because it has become my belief that I will be taken from, both in relationships with men and in coming through with my purpose. I understood how to not substract myself from those activities, and on the contrary, that they will actually teach me how to receive if Igive myself the chance and are able to be with myself and my body while the things are going on, and am able to breath through them. And learn once and again that no one takes from me from just being present out there, and that I can actually start receiving too. Thank you Aaron. Today was amazing. I was also very inspired by your intelligence, skill and energy. Thank you again.
