When you first started doing the Amiga lives it was so hard for me to watch the videos and fully lock in because that’s the time I cook for my family. But since you have them recorded I wake up an hour earlier now to break down your videos piece by piece and take notes and go through it until I know I fully understand! You doing this is such a blessing! And its a gift from you, and I don’t take it for granted!! I made my goal card and make sure I apply it during my theta and alpha time, and I’m becoming more aware of what I’m thinking and feeling. And what and who I allow to have access to me!!
