So we're all here to either learn how to meditate or get better at meditating, but WHY? I'd like to know your "why". What specifically are you working on with meditation, and what insights has meditation brought you?

I meditate because it brings me peace, I noticed a big difference in my mood once I started meditating regularly. I also started feeling when I’m out of balance, which I never really noticed before.
