Hey everyone, Rory Burkhart here. I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years, primarily working on the residential side, and over that time I’ve had the opportunity to work through a wide range of transactions and build a strong network of buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. I’ve been expanding into the wholesaling side of the business and looking at opportunities beyond traditional residential transactions, including land and other asset classes.
