Day 3 Challenge: The Identity Mirror
If you don’t decide who you are as a teacher, your classroom will decide for you, and that’s where confidence starts to slip.Take 10 minutes and define it for yourself: - I am the kind of teacher who… - My students will experience… - No matter what happens, I will always… Write it down and keep it visible, because when things get hard, you won’t have to guess who you are, you’ll already know.

Be a listening ear; my students will experience a sense of belonging; no matter what happens I will have a class where you will always feel welcome!! We are somebody unique and wonderful; wonderfully made!!
Day 2 Challenge
A huge part of endurance is self-care. For today's challenge, try the 5-5-5 Reset. Take a moment throughout the day to try the following sequence. 5 deep breaths. 5-minute break. 5 words of affirmation. Share how you felt after the reset.
