☀️ MORNING RESET: WHAT ARE YOU STILL GIVING YOURSELF PERMISSION TO DELAY?
There’s a difference between “I’m not ready” and “I’m uncomfortable.” Sometimes we call it not being ready because it sounds more reasonable. I need to think about it a little longer. I need to get a few things together first. I’ll start when life settles down. I’ll do it when I feel more confident. But if you keep waiting for the moment when moving forward feels completely comfortable, you may keep postponing the very experiences that would help you become more confident. At some point, you have to interrupt the delay. Not recklessly. Not without thinking. But intentionally. You can acknowledge that you’re nervous and still make the call. You can admit that you don’t know exactly how it will work and still take the first step. You can recognize that your old pattern would tell you to wait and choose not to obey it this time. The woman you’re becoming doesn’t need to have every answer. She needs to recognize when “I’m not ready” has become a hiding place. TODAY’S REFLECTION: What have you been calling “not ready” that might actually be discomfort with doing something different? Drop one thing in the comments that you’re ready to stop delaying. ❤️

I’m ready to be consistent and stop delaying my progress.
☀️ MORNING RESET: WHAT ARE YOU PRACTICING EVERY DAY?
We usually think of practice as something we do when we’re trying to get better at something. But think about this: Every time you avoid a difficult conversation, you’re practicing avoidance. Every time you talk yourself out of an opportunity before you even try, you’re practicing hesitation. Every time you break a promise you made to yourself and immediately make another one, you’re practicing not trusting your own word. And every time you choose differently? You’re practicing that too. You don’t become the woman you want to be because you decided once that you wanted to change. You become her through what you repeatedly practice. Practice speaking up. Practice finishing what you start. Practice making a decision without asking five people whether they agree. Practice keeping one small promise to yourself. Practice saying what you actually mean. Practice doing the uncomfortable thing without immediately looking for an escape. You don’t have to get it right every time. But you do need to pay attention to what your repeated choices are teaching you to become. Because your patterns aren’t only showing you where you’ve been. They’re rehearsing who you’ll become if nothing changes. So today, don’t just ask: “Who do I want to become?” Ask: “What am I practicing that would actually help me become her?” Then practice it once today. TODAY’S REFLECTION: What is ONE behavior you want to start practicing more intentionally this week? Drop it in the comments: “This week, I’m practicing ________.” ❤️

This week, I'm practicing finishing what I start. I've had several things on my to-do list, and I keep telling myself I will get back to them, but I haven't. So this week I'm going to be intentional about finishing what I've started. I'm not adding anything else to my plate until they're finished. ❤️
☀️ MORNING RESET: ARE YOU WAITING TO FEEL READY?
There are things you already know you want to change. The conversation you need to have. The boundary you need to set. The idea you need to start. The habit you need to stop. The decision you keep revisiting. But instead of moving, you keep waiting for something to happen first. You want to feel more confident. More certain. Less nervous. More prepared. And maybe you’ve convinced yourself that once you feel different, then you’ll show up differently. But what if you have that backward? Sometimes confidence doesn’t come before the decision. It comes because you made the decision. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from thinking about something for another month. It comes from taking a step and learning from what happens next. And sometimes the woman you’re becoming isn’t going to feel like her before she starts behaving like her. She becomes her through the choices she makes. So instead of asking: “Do I feel ready?” Try asking: “What would the version of me I’m becoming choose here?” Then give yourself an opportunity to make that choice. It doesn’t have to be huge. Send the email. Say no. Make the appointment. Start the first page. Ask the question. Take the walk. Have the conversation. You don’t have to transform your entire life today. But you can interrupt one place where waiting has become your pattern. Because eventually, becoming requires doing. TODAY’S REFLECTION: What is ONE thing you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” for? Drop it in the comments, then finish this sentence: “Today, instead of waiting, I’m going to ________.” ❤️

Today, instead of waiting, I’m going to restart 31 Days of Proverbs. I wanted to start yesterday because it was the start of a new month. Although other things got in the way, I’m a day late but not a dollar short, so it’s not too late to make it happen 😊
☀️ MORNING RESET: STOP USING YOUR PAST SELF AS PROOF
Have you ever caught yourself saying: “I’ve always been like this.” “I’m just not disciplined.” “I never finish what I start.” “I’m terrible with money.” “I always overthink everything.” Be careful. Because sometimes we take something we’ve done repeatedly and turn it into a definition of who we are. There’s a difference between: “This has been my pattern.” and “This is who I am.” One describes something you’ve repeatedly done. The other makes it sound permanent. And if you’ve already decided this is just who I am, why would you expect yourself to behave differently? That’s why the words you use about yourself matter. Not because saying something positive magically changes your life. But because you need enough room in your thinking to make a different choice. Maybe you have quit before. Maybe you have avoided hard conversations. Maybe you have procrastinated. Maybe you have chosen people who weren’t good for you. That’s information. It is not an identity. Your past can show you the pattern without getting to determine your next move. So today, listen for the moment you say: “That’s just how I am.” And interrupt it. Try: “That’s how I’ve responded before. What would I choose now?” Because becoming a different version of yourself doesn’t begin when you can finally prove you’ve changed. Sometimes it begins with refusing to keep introducing yourself as the woman you’re trying to outgrow. TODAY’S REFLECTION: What is ONE statement you’ve been using to describe yourself that may actually be an old pattern—not your identity? Drop it in the comments and rewrite it: “I used to ________. Now I’m learning to ________.” ❤️

I used to be an overthinker. Now I’m learning to make decisions that make sense and not let overthinking become my identity.
☀️ MORNING RESET: WHAT ARE YOU PRACTICING EVERY DAY?
We usually think change happens when we make one big decision. But pay attention to the small things you repeat. The way you respond when you're frustrated. The way you speak to yourself when something doesn't work. The way you spend the first hour of your morning. The things you keep postponing. The promises you make to yourself—and whether you keep them. Because whether you realize it or not, you're practicing something every day. If you keep avoiding difficult conversations, you're practicing avoidance. If you constantly second-guess yourself, you're practicing doubt. If you keep saying you'll start tomorrow, you're practicing postponement. But here's the good part: You can practice something different. You can practice making the decision without asking five people what they think. You can practice finishing what you said you would finish. You can practice pausing before reacting. You can practice saying what you actually mean. You can practice showing up for yourself even when nobody is watching. You don't have to change everything today. But you do need to pay attention to what you're repeatedly teaching yourself to do. Because eventually, what you practice starts becoming how you naturally show up. So instead of only asking: “Who do I want to become?” Ask yourself: “What does that woman practice?” And then practice one of those things today. TODAY'S REFLECTION: What is ONE thing the woman you're becoming does differently than the woman you've been? Drop it in the comments, then go practice it today. ❤️ And your 6:00 AM schedule is still active. The missing piece is the notification—not the schedule itself.

The woman I'm becoming is confident in her decisions and doesn't second-guess herself. ❤️
