Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Ronnie Matsons. Really excited to be here and to meet everyone in the MEGA community! A little about me: 🌍 Something that happened recently: I’ve been working on growing several digital projects while also doing quite a bit of traveling and working with people from different parts of the world. It’s been a season of learning, building, and trying new things. 💻 Random skill/hobby: I’m creative thinker couple with web developer and designer, and I genuinely enjoy taking an idea that exists only in someone’s head and turning it into something real online. I’m also fascinated by AI, automation, and finding smarter ways to use technology. 🚀 What my business is about: My work really has two sides. On the business side, I help businesses and organizations grow their digital presence through websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, SEO, and AI-powered solutions. On the impact side, I’m passionate about empowering communities and equipping indigenous leaders across Africa—especially those serving in rural areas where access to training and resources can be limited. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside thousands of local leaders in multiple African countries. Rather than simply coming in and doing the work for them, my focus is on equipping local leaders who can strengthen their own communities and multiply what they learn into others. 🎯 My #1 goal right now: To build sustainable businesses with consistent recurring revenue while continuing to expand the impact we’re making in communities across Africa. I’m particularly focused on becoming much better at marketing, customer acquisition, and building systems that can scale. 📚 My role here: I’m serving as one of the administrators, I bring both my experience in training and leadership development and my technology background into that process. 🤝 Why I joined: I joined MEGA because I want to learn from people who are actively building, and making a difference in our generation.
