If you're in the Phoenix area and you want to see a real co-living home in person, stop by this open house tomorrow. My clients Tommyka and Fred have opened their second group home and it is MASSIVE. They talk about it in their interview here on YouTube

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 While you’re enjoying the holiday, I wanted to make sure you have access to the replay from this past week's Expansion Masterclass: Building Your Multi-City Operating System. If you want to grow beyond one house without creating more chaos, this training will help you see the systems you need before expanding into another property or city. Watch the replay here. Enjoy your holiday and take one small step toward building the business that gives you MORE FREEDOM.

I hope you had a fabulous weekend! I was up in the mountains for three days on a retreat, communing with God without distractions. No phone. No laptop. No WiFI. It was AWESOME. I did a lot of journaling, hiking, and I went zip-lining. A revelation I had: Whether you're zip-lining or starting your co-living business, the scariest part is just taking that first step. Once I took that first step off the ledge, I was SOARING and it felt amazing. P.S. - The Weekly Focus Drop is live. If you’re in Insider or Execution Lab, go to the Classroom, complete it, and comment DONE. ⬇️
