Anxiety is something I’ve struggled with over the years, and it’s a lot better now thankfully 🙏🏼 I’m curious, what does everyone do to manage or help with anxiety?

When people say you don't know what love is. Instead of getting offended and telling someone off or trying to prove to someone. Politely excuse yourself and head to the nearest mirror. If you see something wrong, work on it. If you see everything is all good, brush it off like dirt. Means nothing. It's something they need to work on not you. Just pray they found the answer like you did. God first.
