Dr. Larry pulled together other like-minded people who wanted to build wealth through real estate and we would meet regularly at different locations in Makati - Powerbooks in Arnaiz, then in Powerbooks Greenbelt then in Charter House Legaspi. We would play Cashflow 101 every week then discuss property deals. That was our weekly mastermind session. Those sessions made the deals in Dr. Larry's book possible. I also made my first real estate deal because of those sessions. Those sessions made me think differently about real estate.
