I am reviewing the Augusta-Richmond County zoning regulations and am trying to determine the setback requirements for the R-2 (Two-Family Residential) zone. I have thoroughly combed through the zoning code but cannot locate a reference to Section 8-11 that outlines these setbacks. Could you please clarify how I should determine the applicable front, side, and rear setbacks for an R-2 zoned property? Any guidance or reference you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
