Is messenger better or lead form? Whats getting better results? We are getting alot of leads but no contact after that form is filled out. Any solutions?

Started running Facebook ads 3 weeks ago, as of today we have $77k quoted jobs , and $7500 on the books First job starts this Friday. The work is definitely there!

We are running payed adds now and have boosted our following and interactions about 100% just not getting quality out of our leads. Any ad on how to respond to the leads. Are y’all just calling everyone of them, or are you respond to the listed emails and waiting for a counter response? Any advice from the group?
