Hello! I am Romy, I am a wellness consultant, (I also am a yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher) mostly in the travel and hospitality sector. I like to teach that 'whole' wellness is interwoven into the fabric of life, and reliant on the wellness of our communities, environment and so on. (I call my consultancy Wellness Weaver) I am also a psychedelic guide and my big vision is to guide leaders with sacred medicines (in legal places) and help them get really clear on intentions and legacy, inspiring them to imbue regenerative principles into their mission and organisations.
